Valiant Minds Counseling is a growing outpatient private practice dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families build resilience, improve emotional well-being, and create meaningful change. While we proudly specialize in ADHD and executive functioning, our clinicians also provide therapy for anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, life transitions, and other mental health challenges.

Responsibilities
- Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy (based on your experience and interests)
- Complete timely clinical documentation in our electronic health record
- Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor client progress
- Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with licensing board requirements
- Collaborate with our clinical team and participate in case consultation as appropriate
- Maintain a consistent client caseload
- Provide compassionate, culturally responsive, trauma-informed care

Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Master's or doctoral degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or a
closely related mental health field. - Active Pennsylvania clinical license that permits independent practice (such as LPC, LCSW, LMFT,
licensed psychologist, PhD, or PsyD, as applicable). LAPC candidates are encouraged to apply. - Current professional liability/malpractice insurance.
- Current criminal background, FBI, and Pennsylvania Child Abuse clearances, as applicable to the
clinician's work. - Ability to manage clinical responsibilities, documentation, scheduling, and client communication.
- Commitment to ethical, culturally responsive, collaborative, and client-centered care.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience or demonstrated interest in providing mental health therapy to diverse populations, including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills, with sound clinical judgment and the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Motivation to establish and maintain a thriving outpatient caseload while growing professionally within a supportive private practice.
