About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Mental Health Course Trainer and Assessor to deliver classroom-based training, supervise student placements and support learner progression.

You will play a key role in engaging students, supporting their academic journey and ensuring high-quality training delivery aligned with industry and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and assess mental health training programs
- Engage and support student learning and development
- Supervise clinical placements and practicum integration
- Monitor international student attendance and progression
- Participate in staff meetings, course moderation and validation processes

Requirements

Experience Required
- Diploma of Mental Health (minimum qualification)
- Minimum 2 years’ industry experience
- Membership with a relevant professional association
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
- Ability to deliver training in accordance with organisational requirements
- Submission of qualifications, registration and training documentation as required
