What You’ll Do
- Conduct assessments & create individualized treatment plans
- Provide caregiver training & family support
- Supervise and mentor RBTs/BTs
- Analyze behavioral data to guide interventions
- Collaborate with a supportive clinical team
Pay & Benefits
- Base Salary: $88,000 - $95,000
- Up to $12,000 in billable bonus, paid out monthly
- $5,000 sign-on bonus
- 401(k) up to 3% matching

- $1,500 annual CEU allowance + CR Institute access with FREE CEUs + 2 CEU events monthly and guest speakers

- Hours of operations: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm cst

- Active BCBA certification & state licensure
- Master’s in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
