Innovations In Learning is seeking a qualified Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team! 

Innovations in Learning has been established as a top ABA provider in NWI since 2005 and is clinician owned by a doctoral level behavior analyst. Our primary focus is quality clinical care resulting in strong clinical outcomes for our clients. In addition to our clinical director, Innovations has 8 BCBA’s on staff, making a strong peer support team.

 Our ABA Supervising Therapists work in our ABA clinic designing, supervising, and implementing verbal behavior programs for children with autism spectrum disorder. Supervisors have a manageable caseload of 8 full-time clients. 

ABA Supervising Therapists are responsible for such activities as assessment, program development, data analysis, report writing, treatment plan and behavior support plan development, and supervision and training of a team of RBTs. 

 At least 1-year experience providing verbal behavior therapy to individuals with Autism is preferred.

Requirements

Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

Strong clinical judgment, documentation, and supervision skills

At least 1-year experience providing verbal behavior therapy to individuals with Autism is preferred.
