About Us:
At The Wellness Centre our Developmental Support Services Team integrates deep knowledge of development across the life span with Practical Functional Assessment and Skills Based Treatment (PFA/SBT) that combines the science of applied behaviour analysis (ABA) and a trauma informed, compassionate and values driven approach to care for clients of all ages. Our goal is to support clients in the most inclusive way to reach their potential in communication, play, education, social relationships, community independence, and employment.
Primary Duties:
A BCBA within our Developmental Support Services team provides BCBA services consistent with the dimensions of ABA. Common services may include, but are not limited to:
Conduct client intakes and onboarding
Conducting behavioral assessments ad develop comprehensive treatment plans in the context of a multidisciplinary team
Analyzing data, writing and revising behavior-analytic treatment plans
Provide IBT/RBT supervision
Provide support to the Developmental Support Services Manager as needed.
Caseload Requirements
Responsibility for 4-5 comprehensive clients
25hrs per week direct billables
Direct Reports: RBTs, IBTs and Behavioural Support Workers may report directly to a BCBA

Budgetary Responsibilities: none
Candidate Requirements
BCBA with 5+ years of experience
Masters degree in related field
Eligibility for registration with the Cayman Islands Health Regulatory Council (CPAM)
Competency is in the use of ABLLS-R, AFLS and EFL
ESDM Certified would be an asset
Demonstrated experience delivering culturally attuned services
Excellent written and communication skills
