Description
The Abacus Team is a BCBA-owned ABA company seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Remote Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing clinical team. This role provides the opportunity to deliver high-quality ABA services via telehealth while maintaining a flexible schedule and strong work-life balance.
We are looking for a clinician who values ethical, evidence-based practice and enjoys collaborating with families and behavior technicians to create meaningful outcomes for clients.
Position Details
- 100% Remote Telehealth Role
- Part-Time Position
- Evening hours required (EST)
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral and functional assessments via telehealth
- Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
- Provide clinical supervision and support to RBTs/BTs remotely
- Review behavioral data and adjust treatment programming as needed
- Provide caregiver training and parent coaching through telehealth sessions
- Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation
- Ensure services align with ethical and evidence-based ABA practices
Required Qualifications
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
- Active New Jersey LBA or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Experience supervising RBTs preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills
- Reliable high-speed internet and professional home office setup
- Availability during EST hours (evening availability required)
