Description
Claremont Graduate University (CGU)’s Division of Behavioral and Organizational Sciences (DBOS) is seeking a practitioner-scholar for a half-time, non-tenure track Assistant/Associate Professor of Practice position in Organizational Psychology.
This role is ideal for applied professionals ready to shape the next generation of I/O psychologists while staying connected to real-world practice.
What You’ll Do:
Teach graduate-level, practice-focused courses (including the Advanced Practice course for PsyD students).
Mentor students through consulting projects, capstone development, and professional growth.
Build external partnerships to expand internships and applied opportunities.
Collaborate with faculty on program leadership and continuous improvement.

Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
PhD (or equivalent) in Organizational Psychology or related field.
At least 5 years of applied professional experience (consulting, executive coaching, talent management, people analytics, etc.).
Experience teaching, coaching, or mentoring in academic or professional contexts.
Strong commitment to equity, inclusion, and supporting a diverse student body.
Ability to thrive in team-based, hybrid teaching environments.
Preferred: Graduate-level teaching experience and scholarly publications.
