Salary:$74,000 – $110,489 annually $5,000 Sign-On Bonus + 2% Salary IncentiveAfter 90 Days Monday–Friday | AM–5 PM |No Weekends Caseload:8–12 Clients Open to New Graduates
We are hiring a licensed BCBA, LICSW, LPC, LPCC, or LMFT to serve in a BCBA/Qualified Supervising Professional (QSP) role overseeing clinical services for an assigned caseload or therapy site in Minnesota and Wisconsin.
This role provides clinical leadership, supervision of ABA providers, and oversight of ethical, evidence-based programming for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). You will collaborate with leadership to support client progress, staff development, and quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements
Qualifications:
Master’s or Doctoral degree required.
Active BCBA, LICSW, LPC, LPCC, or LMFT license in good standing.
Ability to obtain and maintain licensure in MN and WI.
Minimum 2,000 hours of ASD-related clinical experience or equivalent graduate coursework.
Background check required. BACB 8-hour Supervisor Training required if supervising BCBA candidates.
