Join our team as a Behavior Analyst II (BCBA) at Children's Village in Yakima, Washington! This position provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, designing and implementing individual treatment plans based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis. Directs and supports the professional development of the Certified Behavior Technicians and Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst positions through applied training and evaluation. Provides assessment and treatment to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.
This position is located on-site at Children's Village in Yakima, Washington, which provides care to children with special health and developmental needs. Relocation allowance is available.

What You’ll Do:
- Provide clinical oversight and guidance to Behavior Technicians and Licensed Assistant Behavior Analysts on assessments, treatment plans, and behavior change strategies
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA), analyze data, and develop individualized behavior reduction protocols and alternative behavior programs
- Facilitate weekly training meetings, complete supervision documentation, and ensure compliance with program requirements
- Create and update individualized goals, short- and long-term objectives, and adjust programs based on client progress.
- Collaborate with psychiatric staff, guardians, teachers, and community partners to support treatment effectiveness and cross-system planning
- Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to regulatory standards (TJC, HRSA, BHS, and funder requirements).
- Perform other clinical duties as assigned to support quality behavioral health services
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Analysis, Developmental Psychology, or Special Education (Education must include a minimum of 250 hours of instruction in behavior analysis)
- Two years' experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred
- Washington State License as Behavior Analyst (LBA) and/or Board certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA)
- BLS certification within 45 days of hire
- Right Response certification within 6 months of hire
- FBI fingerprints required can be obtained within 45 days of hire
