We’re partnering with a health tech company supporting employee wellbeing through comprehensive health and wellbeing solutions and personalized coaching. We’re looking for National Board Certified Health Coaches with mental health experience to join their team!
What You'll Do:
Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments through client interviews, observations, and psychological evaluations
Create individualized treatment plans based on each client’s needs, goals, and assessment results
Provide counseling using evidence-based therapeutic approaches
Support clients with challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, and substance use
Develop and implement safety plans when needed to support client well-being and crisis prevention
What We're Looking For:
National Board Certified Health Coaches (NBC-HWC required)
1–3+ years of mental health coaching / health education experience
Bachelor’s degree in health sciences: psychology or counseling
Scheduling Expectations (all times are CST) 28 hours per week of availability with at least one 6 am start day and one day that has hours open until 6 pm per week:
6 am-6 pm Monday-Thursday
6 am-4 pm Friday
Compensation: $24–$27/hour Start Date: ASAP - May/early June Interviews: in the next 1 week
