SEEKING PSYCHOLOGIST TO JOIN PRIVATE PRACTICE IN ELLICOTT CITY, MD:

Qualifications: 

•          This full or part-time position is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and compassionate psychologist who specializes in working with those diagnosed with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, learning disabilities, and behavioral problems
•          Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in psychology from an accredited institution required
•          State licensure as a psychologist required
•          Must be willing to see children and adolescents
•          Experience working with those with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and life transitions and stressors
•          Strong commitment to diversity and inclusion in mental health care
•          Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

•          Provide diagnostic assessments of clients
•          Provide individual therapeutic services to adults using evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), DBT, ACT, and others
•          Participate in our Testing and Assessment program, if interested
•          Collaborate with other mental health professionals in the center, including other therapists and psychiatrists to provide comprehensive care to clients
•          Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, providing a note for every encounter
•          Stay current with best practices in adult and/or child psychology
