POSITION SUMMARY:

This position supports organizational goals by providing quality customer service, participating in performance improvement efforts and demonstrating a commitment to teamwork and cooperation.

The Co-occurring Disorders Specialist leads the PACT staff in providing assistance to consumers to maintain a lifestyle free of substance abuse.

QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree in behavioral health field, CADC or tracking

LICENSE/CERTIFICATION: Annual, CPI, QPRT, Heart Saver First Aid CPR/AED

EXPERIENCE: Two years post graduate in behavioral health setting
