Our school client is seeking a Licensed Behavior Specialist to complete Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)in Wallingford, PA.

CLIENT'S REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Master's degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, or related field
* Active Pennsylvania Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) certification
* Experience working with children in school-based or educational settings

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY:
* Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) in school settings
* Develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
* Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents on behavior strategies
* Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
* Provide training and guidance to school staff on behavior management
