Overview
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will hold an active New York LBA license and a Medicaid provider number through eMedNY, and bring strong experience in applied behavior analysis supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
This is a fully remote position; however, candidates must reside in the Pacific Time Zone to ensure availability for scheduling, supervision, and client support during designated service hours.
As a BCBA, you will design and oversee individualized behavior support plans, ensure high-quality, ethical care, and help guide our clinical team toward meaningful outcomes for every client.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans
- Implement, monitor, and adjust behavior support strategies using evidence-based ABA practices
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to evaluate client progress and make clinical decisions
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care
- Provide training and supervision to Behavior Technicians (BTs) and direct care staff
- Deliver parent and caregiver training to promote skill development and positive behavior in home settings
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality standards
- Ensure services align with ethical guidelines set by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
Qualifications:
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
- Active New York LBA license
- Active Medicaid provider number through eMedNY
- Must reside in the Pacific Time Zone
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles, behavioral health, and special education practices
- Hands-on experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and clinical decision-making
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a remote team environment
