What You’ll Do
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Supervise, support, and mentor RBTs/technicians
Make data-informed decisions and track client progress
Collaborate with families to support generalization
Participate in team meetings and clinical discussions

Requirements
Active BCBA certification
Licensed (or license-eligible) in Michigan
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Passion for working with children and families
Trauma-informed experience a strong plus
Credentialed with major insurance providers preferred
