- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Vin Nexus Center | Viet Nam
Description
As a BCBA, you have many career options. Vin Nexus Center offers a rare opportunity to join the founding team of a mission-driven, not-for-profit special education school in Vietnam, where ABA is designed as part of an integrated educational system, not delivered as a stand-alone service.
This role goes beyond individual cases. As a BCBA at Vin Nexus Center, you will contribute to building sustainable, school-based behavioral systems that support students, teachers, and families over the long term, grounded in ethical practice, evidence-based decision-making, and professional judgment.
This position is ideal for BCBAs who are motivated by pioneering work, long-term impact, and the opportunity to help shape a new special education model that is still emerging in Vietnam.
We are seeking a BCBA who:
- Brings significant experience in Applied Behavior Analysis, typically 3–5 years or more, with a strong track record in Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA), Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP) development, data-driven decision-making, and parent training.
- Holds current BCBA certification and a Master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field from an accredited institution, meeting all ABA education requirements.
- Has experience working in school-based or multidisciplinary settings, or is motivated to transition from clinic-based models into an integrated educational environment.
- Communicates professionally and collaboratively with teachers, therapists, administrators, and families, while upholding ethical standards and organizational policies.
- Is comfortable working on-site and contributing to a safe, structured, and supportive therapeutic environment aligned with the mission and vision of Vin Nexus Center.
Requirements
In this role, you will:
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and design individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP) tailored to each learner’s profile
- Design and oversee individual and group-based ABA programs, supervising implementation by RBTs and teaching assistant
- Analyze behavioral data to monitor progress, refine interventions, and report outcomes to families, educators, and leadership
- Train, coach, and supervise RBTs and teaching assistants in ABA strategies, data collection, and behavior support practices
- Collaborate closely with the academic team to integrate behavioral goals into classroom environments, ensuring students experience one coherent learning journey.
- Contribute to the development of school-wide behavioral frameworks, standards, and practices that promote consistency, dignity, and positive outcomes for all learners.
What we offer
- A compensation package that recognise the weight of your role, competitive and aligned with your expertise, professional responsibility, and contribution to building a new special education model.
- A school-based ABA model with ethical caseloads, strong multidisciplinary collaboration, and a clear commitment to evidence-based and trauma-informed practice.
- A deeply mission-driven environment where educators and clinicians share a common goal: helping learners with special needs grow, belong, and thrive over the long term.
- The rare opportunity to help build a high-impact special education school that creates lasting social value for children, families, and the wider educational field in Vietnam.
Further details on compensation and benefits will be discussed during the interview process.
If you are ready to use your expertise to help build an ethical, integrated, and future-oriented special education model in Vietnam, Vin Nexus Center offers a place where your work can create meaningful and lasting impact.
