$4,000 Sign On Bonus
MCC Family Services is hiring part time Behavioral Health Technicians (BHT) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to provide in home and community based ABA services to children and adolescents diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
This is an entry level clinical position for individuals interested in psychology, education, social work, or human services.
Services are delivered using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
Immediate openings are available throughout Philadelphia and Lower Bucks County.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide one on one ABA based services in home and community settings
- Implement individualized treatment and behavior plans under clinical supervision
- Support skill development and behavior goals
- Model and teach skills to clients and caregivers
- Collect data and complete session documentation
- Attend required supervision meetings and trainings
- Follow ethical, legal, and mandated reporting requirements
- Use approved crisis intervention strategies when needed
Compensation
Hourly rates are based on education and credentials
- $17.50 per hour with high school diploma and completed RBT training
- $18.00 per hour with associate degree and completed RBT training
- $19.50 per hour with bachelor’s degree and completed RBT training
- $20.00 per hour with bachelor’s degree and active RBT certification
Non billable hours are paid at $15.00 per hour
Sign on bonus is paid in increments based on predetermined milestone hours achieved
Schedule
- Part time with flexible scheduling
- Minimum of 15 billable hours per week
- Day and evening availability Monday through Friday
Requirements
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a 40 hour RBT training program provided if not yet completed
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass drug screening
- Ability to pass FBI background check
- Ability to pass NSOR
- Ability to pass PA Child Abuse and Criminal background clearances
- Proof of COVID 19 vaccination or approved medical or religious exemption
Preferred Qualifications
- Active RBT certification
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Experience working with children or individuals with autism
