Job Type: Full Time (37.5 hours)

Requirements
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in special education, psychology, or a related human services field.
- Massachusetts Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA) with a minimum of two years of experience.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a minimum of two years.
- Successful completion of internship and/or formal training in the analysis of behavior and instructional strategies related to working with clients who have pervasive developmental disorders and related disorders.
- Demonstrates competence in behavior management skills, instructional skills, oral and written communication, organizational skills, and interpersonal relations.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Must be able to work independently and succeed in a multi-tasking environment and handle stress professionally and positively.
- Ability to work with a variety of clients regarding age, functionality, and with minimal direction
Sensitive to the needs of persons with disabilities, including being culturally sensitive to their individual needs. - Maintain CPR/First Aid certification for infants and children.
- Maintain a valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and availability of a private vehicle.Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Office 365 and word processing skills.
- Ability to work in person, flexible hours, including afternoon and evening hours. This role requires in-person work with families and RBTs and is not a remote role. Remote work and telehealth are on an exception basis.
- In accordance with MDPH regulations, evidence of immunity for measles, mumps, and rubella.
- Must be able to climb, stoop, get up and down from floors, sit on floors for varying periods of time, reach with hands and arms, as well as lift and move up to 40 pounds.
- Must have an acceptable CORI, SORI, DPPC, and National Fingerprint Check.
