We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. This role involves leading high-quality ABA programs, supervising clinical teams, and providing direct support to clients and their families. Olive Behavior Care is a boutique behavioral practice dedicated to serving early learners and their families on the west side of Los Angeles, including Santa Monica, Pacific Palisades, Brentwood, Venice, Culver City, and Beverly Hills. We are a collaborative and close-knit team of behavior analysts, clinicians, and educators committed to helping children thrive and supporting families through everyday challenges.
Who We Serve:
Our clients include children and teenagers with specific diagnoses such as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, and various genetic conditions, as well as children who just need additional behavioral support. We provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services with a focus on fostering positive relationships, patience, and meaningful outcomes in home, school, and community settings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans consistent with best practices in behavior analysis
- Monitor client progress and treatment fidelity, using data and feedback to guide timely program and protocol updates
- Provide hands-on clinical supervision and mentorship to clinicians (RBTs) by delivering positive and constructive performance feedback that encourages professional growth
- Partner with families, educators, and other professionals to enhance client outcomes and promote consistency across environments
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards
- Stay current on advancements in ABA research and contribute to ongoing clinical improvement
- Ensure high-quality, ethical care that aligns with client goals and values
Requirements
- Active BCBA certification
- Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in ABA settings
- Proficient understanding of behavior-analytic principles, data collection and analysis, and client assessment tools (ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, AFLS, and FBAs)
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations, confidentiality standards, and documentation requirements
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide teams
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic approach when working with clients and families
