Position Summary
The Board-Certified Behavior Analyst will work closely with families, Registered Behavior Technicians, school staff, and the clinical leadership team to design, implement, and monitor effective and ethical behavior intervention plans. This role supports clients across Roswell, GA in homes, schools, and community settings.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct functional behavior assessments and skills-based assessments.
Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans.
Provide ongoing supervision, coaching, and performance feedback to RBTs and clinical team members.
Deliver structured parent and caregiver training programs.
Maintain accurate, timely documentation within the electronic records system.
Collaborate routinely with the Clinical Support Director and fellow BCBAs.
Ensure compliance with BACB ethical guidelines and organizational standards.
Provide services in-home, in schools, and in community environments.
Travel locally within the Roswell, GA area.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $75,000 – $85,000/year (based on experience)
$10,000 sign-on bonus (paid according to company policy)
Performance-based bonus structure enabling total annual compensation to reach six figures

Requirements
Minimum Requirements
Master’s degree in psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field.
Current BCBA certification in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally (approx. 50%).
Ability to pass a background check and reference screening.
Strong communication, leadership, organization, and time-management skills.
Ability to work day shift hours as required.
Ability to commute to Roswell, GA (30076) and surrounding service areas.
Preferred Qualifications
1+ years of experience working as a BCBA.
Experience providing in-home ABA services or school-based consultation.
Supervisory experience with RBTs and trainees.
