Tropical Behavioral Services (TBS) is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to serve children and families in St. Croix through clinic, school, and community-based services.
In a smaller island setting, the need for consistent, high-quality ABA is visible. Families depend on reliable providers. Schools value steady collaboration. Your clinical decisions carry weight.
We operate within a neuro-affirming, assent-based model and follow a weighted caseload structure designed to support sustainable and ethical practice.
No passport required. St. Croix is a U.S. territory.

Base Salary: $90,000+ per year (DOE)

What You’ll Do
-
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
-
Develop and oversee individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

Analyze clinical data and adjust programming
-
Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians
-
Collaborate with families and school teams
-
Maintain documentation aligned with BACB Ethics Code and HIPAA
-
Utilize CentralReach for reporting and data tracking
Qualifications
Required
-
Active BCBA certification
-
Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
-
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
Preferred
-
Experience supervising BTs/RBTs
-
Familiarity with CentralReach
U.S. citizenship or valid U.S. work authorization required.
