Requirements
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in special education, behavior analysis, or a related field required
- Masters Degree in special education, behavior analysis, or a related field preferred
- Specific experience in behavioral and instructional strategies training related to working with individuals with developmental disabilities or mental health diagnoses preferred
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
- License issued by the Division of Professional Registration. (LBA) preferred
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCABA) required
Salary Info
BCaBA: $49,000 minimum to $69,494 maximum based on experience and education
BCBA: $55,635 minimum to $83,250 maximum based on experience and education
